• You are looking to purchase furniture on your own for your home or office and just need that second eye to take a look and advise if what you're selecting is a Win for your space and you're heading in the best direction.  

• You are remodeling, you have an architect that has drawn plans and you would like your designer's review, opinion, suggestions, and assurance that everything is in line with the look specifically for you.

• You need assistance in selecting kitchen or bath materials that will look its very best, or to verify what you have selected on your own works with the style and decor.  

• You need help If you are performing as your own contractor. 

• You need help selecting wall decor/art and accessories.  

• You prefer your designer to source a specific piece or pull together a customized furniture piece.

                                   How "Ask Venetia”", Designer A Phone Call Away

Below, consider which time block you would like, purchase it by clicking the corresponding tab. After purchasing, within 24 business hours you will receive a phone call from the designer to discuss the details of your project.  You will also receive our design questionnaire to complete if we've never met before or I've never been to your home before. 

 

The time blocks are good for up to 90 days after purchasing.  It can be used for an immediate need or used for a later project. "Ask Venetia", Designer A Phone Call Away Time Blocks can be purchased in increments of 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 hours.  The design fee is $125 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours to purchase Time Blocks. 

 

Once we have received your Block of Time purchase, we set up an account for you showing a credit for the amount of time you've purchased. Each time you request our services, we will deduct that time from your credited available time. The services applied is anything from a text message to a shopping day, we will deduct that time from your credited available time. Time deductions are made in increments of 5 minutes. Each month, we will send you a report of how much time is used and how much time still remain on your account. You can choose to purchase another time block as needed. With any time block purchased, if you have any unused time after 90 days, they will be rendered as null and void. There is no refund. 

 

We will respond to messages and phone calls during the following business hours of  Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or we will return your call on the next business day.  While we do our best to respond as soon as possible, please understand this is not an instant response service as we may be on a project site, in a meeting, may be in travel, or a great number of working aspects where we may not be able to respond immediately, but we can certainly assure you that you will receive a response as soon as we are able during business hours.   

 

 "Ask Venetia”"   service is designed to simply provide our design expertise and assistance to you on incremental and as needed basis. It is unlike our typical full-service design model where we work with our list of qualified vendors and tradespeople.  We will not be liable or responsible for any errors or omissions that occur from using this service.  Designer is not held liable in any way for the merchandise/products you purchase on your own.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note that our design advice stops when you have used all of your purchased time, even if your project is ongoing. You are welcome to purchase additional Time Blocks at any time to continue the servicing.
